What You'll Do11

- 4Track on-time performance and ensure timely yard departures
- 5Collaborate with maintenance to guarantee equipment availability
- 6Analyze performance standards for on-time metrics complaints missed service and operational compliance
- 7Resolve employee issues and improve routing processes
- 8Maintain confidentiality and interact positively with the union
- 9Apply comprehensive knowledge of public transit management theories and practices
- 10Perform DOT drug testing and physical examinations as required
- 11Ensure indoor work environments meet ventilation and accessibility standards
Requirements11
- 1High school diploma or GED required
- 2Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3Minimum 5 years management experience or 2 years passenger transportation management
- 4Excellent communication and customer service skills
- 5Ability to work flexible shifts
- 6Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- 7Knowledge of public management and organizational theories
- 8Understanding of transit system staff operations
- 9Physical ability to sit type and use computer for extended periods
- 10Capacity to lift materials up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
- 11Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship and pass drug screening
