What You'll Do9
- 1Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring Swig standards are met in FOH and BOH
- 2Train, develop, and mentor staff to build a positive, growth-focused team
- 3Serve as primary customer contact, managing service recovery and online reviews
- 4Drive sales growth and manage labor costs to improve profitability
- 5Monitor prep, stocking, and staging processes to improve operational efficiency
- 6Adjust staffing schedules to ensure coverage while controlling labor expenses
- 7Assist with weekly reports, inventory management, and operational documentation
- 8Enforce company policies and maintain a safe, clean, organized environment
- 9Complete store checklists, manage deposits, and ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements7
- 1Food handler's permit and reliable transportation
- 2Regular, predictable attendance and ability to work as part of a close-knit team
- 3Must be at least 16 years of age
- 4Previous restaurant experience is a plus
- 5Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
