What You'll Do8
- 1Take a leadership role in the store and step in for the General Manager to resolve staff issues
- 2Assist customers with wellness issues related to sports performance, recovery, pain management, and general health
- 3Educate customers about Restore's services and their health benefits
- 4Deliver a superior customer experience at every touchpoint
- 5Develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns to generate leads
- 6Represent Restore at local events, engaging athletes and fitness enthusiasts
- 7Pinpoint and implement new social media trends to boost brand presence
- 8Generate reports on store performance and use metrics to drive action plans
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor's degree required
- 22+ years sales experience with a proven track record of success
- 31+ years leadership or management experience
- 4Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 5Ability to analyze metrics and deliver action plans
- 6Passion for health, wellness, and fitness
- 7Ethical and integrity-driven in all interactions
Salary Insight
$42 - $52k per year
