Hyper Wellness Representative - Weekends
Overview
You will own the client experience at a Restore Hyper Wellness location, guiding members through services and building a community around Hyper Wellness. You'll work weekends to serve clients who prioritize their health, backed by a supportive team and a growing brand. This role offers a competitive hourly wage plus monthly incentives, and free or discounted access to Restore's innovative wellness services.
What You'll Do8
- 1Greet clients and assist them with Restore's wellness services, from check-in to checkout.
- 2Handle inbound calls and voicemails, managing bookings, reschedules, and cancellations with accuracy.
- 3Onboard new clients by completing medical waivers and creating profiles in the point-of-sale system.
- 4Conduct facility tours and sell service packages and memberships to meet individual client goals.
- 5Educate clients on service benefits, precautions, and at-home care, positioning yourself as a Restore expert.
- 6Execute opening and closing procedures, maintaining a safe, clean, and secure environment.
- 7Model Restore's core values and contribute to a fun, inclusive store culture where every team member is valued.
- 8Support the team during peak weekend hours, ensuring every client leaves feeling energized and cared for.
Requirements6
- 11+ years of customer service experience in a retail or service environment.
- 2Availability to work weekends consistently.
- 3Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for health and wellness.
- 4Currently pursuing or holding a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field.
- 5Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
- 6Familiarity with wellness modalities or a willingness to learn Restore's services.
