Hyper Wellness Representative at Restore Hyper Wellness
Overview
You will greet and guide clients through Restore's wellness services, owning the front-of-house experience at a fast-growing retail location. You will manage bookings, onboard new clients, and sell memberships, while becoming an expert on our Hyper Wellness® modalities. You will join a team that values health, fun, and collaboration, with direct impact on client satisfaction and store culture. This role offers hourly pay plus monthly incentives, and access to complimentary wellness services.
What You'll Do8
- 1Greet and assist clients with wellness services, ensuring a welcoming experience from the moment they walk in.
- 2Handle phone inquiries, return voicemails, and manage the booking, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation process.
- 3Onboard new clients by completing medical waivers and creating profiles in our point-of-sale system.
- 4Conduct store tours and sell service packages and memberships, focusing on client needs.
- 5Educate clients on Restore services, including medical benefits, precautions, and at-home care.
- 6Perform opening and closing procedures, maintaining a safe, clean, and secure environment.
- 7Serve as the on-site expert on all Restore products and services.
- 8Embody Restore's core values and support a fun, engaging store culture where every team member is valued.
Requirements6
- 11+ years of customer service experience in a retail environment.
- 2Passion for health and wellness, with a desire to help others.
- 3Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- 4Comfortable working weekends and flexible hours.
- 5Working toward or holding a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field.
- 6Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
