- 2Recruit interview and hire A‑Player candidates weekly maintain the hiring portal
- 3Onboard new hires ensure completion of DLCRS Training programs
- 4Coach and develop team members through feedback cross‑training and performance reviews
- 5Build and mentor a leadership bench of five shift leaders
- 6Deliver friendly quick and accurate service modeling G.U.E.S.T.
- 7Create a guest‑centric atmosphere from ordering to dining and take‑out
- 8Drive and act on guest feedback to coach your team
- 9Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- 10Achieve year‑over‑year sales and guest count increases
- 11Execute in‑store promotions and upselling techniques
- 12Control labor and food costs to budget improve net operating profit growth
- 13Analyze sales reports develop action plans to hit P&L targets
- 14Enforce schedule guidelines optimize staffing for peak traffic and special events
- 15Conduct daily and weekly operational checklists facility walks for safety cleanliness and equipment upkeep
- 16Ensure cash‑handling procedures deposit controls and close‑out sales processes flawlessly
- 17Respond to correspondence from Operations leadership and RSC staff timely
- 18Monitor inventory levels perform regular counts reconcile discrepancies
- 19Ensure proper storage FIFO rotation safe handling of all food products
- 20Coordinate maintenance and repairs for kitchen equipment and facilities
- 21Implement waste‑and‑expired‑product protocols
Requirements15
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in restaurant leadership including P&L responsibility
- 318 years of age minimum
- 4High school diploma or equivalent
- 5Strong business acumen with proficiency in labor reporting cost controls and administrative systems
- 6Demonstrated ability to recruit develop and retain high‑caliber teams
- 7Excellent communication coaching and conflict‑resolution skills
- 8Basic PC skills email reporting scheduling software willingness to learn proprietary systems
- 9Food Safety Certification/Food Handler’s Card (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- 10Ability to step into other roles if needed
- 11Food service hospitality and/or F&B experience preferred
- 12Valid driver’s license reliable vehicle proof of insurance
- 13Legal eligibility to work in the United States
- 14Physical stamina standing and walking six plus hours per day bending reaching lifting up to 50 lbs
- 15Work thirty‑five to forty hours per week including mornings evenings weekends and holidays as needed
