What You'll Do11

- 5Supervise outside counsel and legal service providers for leasing matters
- 6Coordinate due diligence for acquisitions averaging 70 per year
- 7Organize case files with real estate paralegals
- 8Lead a team of transactional attorneys and paralegals
- 9Close and administer post‑closing documentation
- 10Maintain strict deadlines while handling multiple tasks independently

Requirements5
- 1Active membership in a state bar with minimum 10 years experience in commercial transactional law
- 2Minimum 5 years leading legal professionals
- 3Doctoral degree and 3‑5 years experience in commercial real estate law
- 4Proven ability to solve complex issues and close open matters
- 5Excellent communication skills and ability to work in fast‑paced settings
