Overview
Owns and coordinates maintenance operations for mechanical electrical and HVAC systems across a resort facility. Partners with hotel managers and vendors to review hotel technology and products. Leads in absence of the Director and oversees hiring training and budget responsibilities. Contributes to safety compliance and quality assurance through regular inspections.
What You'll Do6
- 1Build and coordinate routine maintenance of mechanical electrical and HVAC systems to ensure safe operations
- 2Inspect quality of work visually and verify completion of assigned tasks
- 3Act as the Director Engineer in absence of the Director including hiring counseling and training
- 4Coordinate elevator and escalator inspections with regulatory agencies
- 5Liaise between property and vendors and review latest hotel technology and products
- 6Support management with contracts budget and special projects as needed
Requirements5
- 13+ years of related experience
- 24+ years of supervisory experience
- 3Valid driver’s license
- 4EPA OSHA 10-30 CPO certifications
- 5HVAC electrical plumbing-specific knowledge
