We seek an Assistant Controller to lead accounting operations for a diverse Atlanta based firm. You will oversee development property management and corporate financial reporting. What You'll Do5
- 1Oversee accounting operations across development property management and corporate entities
- 2Support preparation and review of financial statements budgets forecasts and month end quarter end year end close
- 3Provide financial oversight for development projects and managed properties including job costs and leasing activity
- 4Guide and support accounting team members while driving process improvement and system initiatives
- 5Drive ownership of complex accounting matters and serve as backup for critical financial functions
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- 3Property management and/or real estate accounting experience required
- 4Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems with MRI or Yardi experience preferred
- 53-5 seasons leading teams or managing high volume workloads
