The Assistant Community Manager will own member services and administrative operations at Sunland Village East Homeowners Association. What You'll Do15

  • 2Maintain current knowledge of state statutes and community governance documents
  • 3Manage office operations including correspondence scheduling and supply orders
  • 4Process amenity fob requests for community gate access
  • 5Upload community documents to Archive including annual meeting records
  • 6Review daily reports and ensure proper filing distribution
  • 7Work with Architectural Review Committee and attend weekly meetings
  • 8Address resident concerns through architectural approval processes
  • 9Supervise front desk staff and provide backup support
  • 10Assist with lifestyle programs and coordinate inspections
  • 11Handle invoice coding budgeting and monthly financial reporting
  • 12Conduct routine inspections and create work orders for common areas
  • 13Support board meetings with agenda preparation and minutes tracking
  • 14Maintain vehicle insurance and reliable transportation for site visits
  • 15Provide back-office support for staff and handle payroll processing

Requirements11

  • 1High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • 33-5 years industry experience in Community Manager roles
  • 4Excellent verbal and written communication skills
