What You'll Do9
- 1Assemble car hinges and spindles using standardized work instructions and blueprints
- 2Install electrical wiring connectors and other electronic components
- 3Utilize hand tools power tools and machinery safely
- 4Inspect parts for quality assurance and identify defects
- 5Maintain clean and organized workstations
- 6Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- 7Meet daily production goals and timelines
- 8Communicate issues or delays to the line supervisor promptly
- 9Participate in team meetings and training as required
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or GED preferred
- 2Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- 3Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- 4Capability to lift up to 30–50 lbs as needed
- 5Valid driver's license
- 6Eligibility to work in the United States
- 7Reliable transportation
- 8Dependable punctual attitude and honesty
- 9Pass background check and drug screening
- 10Must be able to work mandatory overtime
