Overview

Shift lead assembler responsible for producing components at our Seattle facility. This role owns assembly operations across multiple shifts ensuring high-quality output daily.

What You'll Do8

  • 1Assemble components using hand tools power tools and specialized machinery
  • 2Stamp bag clip trim debur and wrap/package parts per documentation
  • 3Conduct quality checks and visual inspections reporting defects
  • 4Complete production paperwork accurately following quality standards
  • 5Maintain clean workspace and adhere to VauPell policies
  • 6Follow safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment
  • 7Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals
  • 8Perform tasks as assigned within the manufacturing environment

Requirements7

  • 1High school diploma or GED equivalent combination of experience training and education
  • 2Ability to read speak understand and follow English instructions
  • 3Attention to detail with strong math comprehension including fractions decimals averages and percentages
  • 4Wear appropriate PPE and operate machinery safely
  • 5Physical stamina to lift carry and handle materials as specified
  • 6US citizenship or permanent residency for ITAR/EAR compliance
  • 7Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand/power tools
