Overview
Shift lead assembler responsible for producing components at our Seattle facility. This role owns assembly operations across multiple shifts ensuring high-quality output daily.
What You'll Do8
- 1Assemble components using hand tools power tools and specialized machinery
- 2Stamp bag clip trim debur and wrap/package parts per documentation
- 3Conduct quality checks and visual inspections reporting defects
- 4Complete production paperwork accurately following quality standards
- 5Maintain clean workspace and adhere to VauPell policies
- 6Follow safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment
- 7Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals
- 8Perform tasks as assigned within the manufacturing environment
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or GED equivalent combination of experience training and education
- 2Ability to read speak understand and follow English instructions
- 3Attention to detail with strong math comprehension including fractions decimals averages and percentages
- 4Wear appropriate PPE and operate machinery safely
- 5Physical stamina to lift carry and handle materials as specified
- 6US citizenship or permanent residency for ITAR/EAR compliance
- 7Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand/power tools
