What You'll Do7
- 1Precision assembly of small high accuracy components using blueprints and travelers
- 2Install helicoils inserts and PEM style hardware with torque tools
- 3Perform dimensional and visual inspections with calipers micrometers and other tools
- 4Track production and update travelers in JobBOSS preparing shipping documentation
- 5Package parts label shipments process outgoing orders and assist receiving
- 6Support team across departments to keep workflow smooth and deadlines on track
- 7Maintain clean organized workspace following ISO aerospace quality standards
Requirements5
- 11+ year in manufacturing or machine shop
- 2Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
- 3Experience assembling small parts with hand tools and torque tools
- 4Familiarity with helicoils inserts and mechanical fastening
- 5Basic inspection skills using calipers micrometers visual checks
