Armed Security Officer, Sacramento CA & Patrol Specialist
Overview
The role owns a vigilant armed security presence across the Sacramento site at scale. You will perform continuous patrols, access control, and incident reporting to protect people and property. You will be part of a growing security team that prioritizes professionalism, integrity, and rapid response. This position is part-time with graveyard shifts and competitive pay.
What You'll Do8
- 1Build a secure environment by maintaining an armed presence and deter unauthorized activity
- 2Design and execute continuous foot patrols to maintain high visibility across the property
- 3Own access control to ensure only approved individuals enter
- 4Ship checkpoint documentation using scanning equipment and maintain accurate logs
- 5Detect and report suspicious behavior or hazards promptly to team and management
- 6Drive clear, concise communications with team members and property management
- 7Respond to incidents and enforce property rules and emergency protocols
- 8Escalate safety concerns and report equipment issues to maintenance promptly

- 1Valid BSIS Guard Card Required
- 2Valid BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit Required
- 3Must own duty weapon
- 4Reliable transportation and smartphone
- 5Fluency in English – verbal and written
- 6Physically able to stand/walk 8+ hours
- 7Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- 8Attention to detail and professionalism under pressure
- 9Minimum 1 year of contract security experience Preferred
- 10On-site Sacramento location with graveyard shift availability
