What You'll Do10
- 1Build a secure environment by patrolling premises and monitoring surveillance to prevent incidents
- 2Design and implement access control practices to deter unauthorized entry at client sites
- 3Lead incident response and coordinate with local authorities when needed
- 4Ship clear incident reports and maintain detailed logs for audits within 90 days
- 5Own ongoing site security improvements and contribute to program standards across multiple clients
- 6Scale coverage by coordinating with shifts to ensure consistent security presence across properties
- 7Debug security alerts and resolve issues to minimize disruption to operations
- 8Drive adherence to client policies and regulatory requirements across all assignments
- 9Maintain up-to-date certifications and training through Walden Security’s programs
- 10Support team knowledge sharing and participate in recognition programs to foster excellence

- 1High School diploma or GED
- 2Minimum of 21 years of age
- 3Ability to pass criminal background check and drug test
- 46 months security officer, law enforcement, or military experience
