Strategic leader overseeing five hospital sites based in Charlotte NC. Drive operational excellence and revenue growth while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration. Partner with regional leadership to develop high-performing teams and ensure consistent patient care across all locations.
What You'll Do15
- 1Oversee daily operations of five hospitals ensuring policy consistency and quality standards
- 2Coach Hospital Managers to achieve financial and operational goals
- 3Drive revenue growth and manage expenses across labor inventory and controllable costs
- 4Review performance metrics against budgets and create corrective action plans
- 5Lead onboarding and integration of new or recently opened facilities
- 6Collaborate with Regional Manager to maintain compliance with administrative and regulatory requirements
- 7Manage workforce practices including labor optimization and staffing strategies
- 8Conduct recruitment hiring training and retention initiatives for leadership roles
- 9Perform regular performance reviews and address personnel concerns with HR
- 10Monitor engagement turnover and implement retention programs
- 11Maintain inventory systems and identify capital improvement opportunities
- 12Ensure facility conditions and support capital improvement projects
- 13Support veterinarian engagement and scheduling strategies
- 14Review KPIs and operational results with leadership weekly
- 15Perform additional duties as assigned by Regional Manager
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's degree in business healthcare management or related field preferred
- 2Minimum five years of multi-site or senior hospital management experience including three years in leadership
- 3Experience in veterinary or healthcare multi-unit settings preferred
- 4CVPM MHA or similar certification strongly preferred
- 5Equivalent education certification or experience may be considered
Salary Insight
$90 - $115k per year
