What You'll Do7
- 1Review and mark up architectural drawings using Bluebeam Revu, redlining floor plans, elevations, and sections to coordinate design intent.
- 2Support nationwide renovation and modernization projects for commercial facilities, managing PDF-based construction document sets across the project lifecycle.
- 3Analyze customer and employee traffic flow to improve space utilization and functionality in existing buildings.
- 4Assist with facility layout planning, equipment placement, and interior space optimization for modern, efficient environments.
- 5Review signage packages and branding elements for compliance with established design standards and brand guidelines.
- 6Coordinate revisions with external architecture and engineering firms, tracking drawing updates and changes to keep all parties aligned.
- 7Support project managers by reviewing technical documents and contributing to architectural detailing and space planning initiatives.
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
- 21+ years of experience using Bluebeam Revu through internships, coursework, or professional work.
- 3Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and construction documents.
- 4Strong communication and organizational skills for coordinating with teams and external partners.
- 5Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills and a collaborative team mindset.
