Architectural Project Coordinator - Dallas
Overview
We seek a motivated Architectural Project Coordinator to join a collaborative architecture firm in Dallas. This role supports commercial multifamily and land planning projects through all design phases. The ideal candidate has a solid architectural foundation and strong Revit skills. This position offers exposure to all project delivery aspects in a studio environment. It differs by focusing on comprehensive project support and cross-functional collaboration.
What You'll Do11
- 1Support project teams throughout all design and construction administration phases
- 2Assist in developing design concepts and translating them into coordinated architectural drawings
- 3Prepare plans elevations sections details schedules and presentation materials using Revit
- 4Coordinate drawing sets with project managers architects consultants and internal team members
- 5Participate in quality control reviews to ensure document accuracy and consistency
- 6Respond to RFIs review submittals and assist with site observations
- 7Help maintain project schedules and meet established deadlines
- 8Develop understanding of building systems construction methods codes and life safety requirements
- 9Work closely with project managers architects consultants and other team members
- 10Communicate effectively through drawings presentations and verbal communication
- 11Take initiative in solving design and technical challenges while seeking guidance
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 22-4 years professional architectural experience
- 3Commercial multifamily or mixed use project experience preferred
- 4Strong proficiency in Revit
- 5Working knowledge of AutoCAD Adobe Creative Suite rendering software
- 6Basic understanding of building codes construction documentation
- 7Actively pursuing architectural licensure or interested in becoming licensed
Salary Insight
$75 - $90k per year
