- 3Develop and manage project schedules budgets and work plans
- 4Oversee preparation and coordination of architectural drawing sets details schedules and specifications
- 5Maintain original design vision throughout documentation and construction
- 6Balance design quality technical requirements budgets and schedules
- 7Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
- 8Serve as primary point of contact for clients throughout the project
- 9Lead client meetings presentations and design workshops
- 10Coordinate with consultants contractors and other project partners
- 11Support alignment among all disciplines during design and construction
- 12Mentor junior team members and contribute to collaborative studio culture
- 13Manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture
- 28 to 15 years of professional architectural experience
- 3Strong experience managing data center projects
- 4Proven ability to lead projects through all phases of design and construction
- 5Familiarity with Revit AutoCAD Adobe Creative Suite rendering software and architectural tools
- 6Working knowledge of building codes accessibility requirements life safety standards construction methods and architectural documentation
- 7Experience managing project schedules budgets consultants and multidisciplinary teams
- 8Strong organizational communication and client relationship skills
- 9Architectural registration preferred but not required
- 10Commitment to continuous improvement and growth mindset
Salary Insight
$85 - $115k per year
