Overview
AP Coordinator at Perimeter Security Partners supports general accounting functions. Reports directly to CFO and works with executive leadership. What You'll Do6
- 1Perform day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable entry and vendor maintenance
- 2Process vendor invoices and credit card transactions for accurate coding and approvals
- 3Assist with customer invoicing payment and credit applications and collections
- 4Improve process efficiency and accuracy within the accounting function
- 5Leverage Acumatica QuickBooks and Excel for reporting and analysis
- 6Support other accounting projects as assigned
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance
- 21-3 years of corporate accounting experience
- 3Experience in percentage-of-completion construction accounting
- 4Outstanding command of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Environment
- 5Excellent verbal and written communication skills

$52 - $60k per year
