What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and perform daily analytical testing to meet customer requirements for Tier 1 and OEM customers
  • 2Design and execute wet chemistry procedures such as pH, viscosity, and titrations to evaluate raw materials and finished products
  • 3Operate and maintain instrumentation including HPLC, UV-VIS, ICP, XRF, and microscopy equipment
  • 4Record results in Excel and upload data to the cloud based system to ensure traceable laboratory records
  • 5Provide technical support to sales and technical service teams for internal projects and customer testing needs
  • 6Support customer projects by establishing testing procedures and ensuring correct analysis methods are followed and documented
  • 7Develop, validate, and improve test methods using titrations, HPLC, IC, and other analytical techniques
  • 8Investigate and implement new tests, methods, instrumentation, and procedures to enhance laboratory capabilities
  • 9Maintain laboratory equipment through preventive maintenance and calibration schedules
  • 10Follow safety regulations and proper handling of samples to maintain a safe work environment

Requirements5

  • 1Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or biochemistry as an option
  • 20–2 years of laboratory experience including wet chemistry
  • 3Proficiency with wet and analytic chemistry techniques such as pH testing, viscosity testing, titrations
  • 4Strong math skills and ability to document test results accurately
  • 5Experience working in a chemistry or wet chemistry laboratory environment
