What You'll Do8
- 1Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards and applicable laws
- 2Maintain truck operating efficiency through preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
- 3Load and unload trucks and secure products according to customer requirements
- 4Seal trailers and verify correct bill of lading before departure
- 5Keep vehicles and trailers clean and record daily logs accurately
- 6Follow company guidelines for DOT regulations and operational procedures
- 7Drive, steer, and service heavy-duty vehicles including tractor trailers
- 8Collaborate with management on additional tasks as directed
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or GED required
- 2Minimum 5 years CDL driving experience with clean driving record
- 3Current OSHA forklift certification
- 4Strong communication skills both written and oral
- 5Knowledge of DOT regulations and truck operation best practices
