Overview
Delta Force engineers lead end-to-end delivery for strategic customers at Monaco. You will embed with Sales CX and GTM teams to solve ambiguous problems from discovery to adoption. This builder role requires scaling core systems and shipping new features without predefined specifications. You will own production code while leveraging AI coding agents to accelerate delivery. The position offers high autonomy and impact in an AI-native revenue platform with 65 employees and $85M Series B funding.
What You'll Do7
- 1Embed with Sales CX and customers to understand business processes and identify ambiguous high-stakes problems
- 2Scope, design, and ship production systems using agents MCP servers API integrations data pipelines Retool apps and glue between systems
- 3Deploy and tune Monaco agents in the field and get customer agents live on real data
- 4Build workflow demonstrations on prospect data showcasing platform capabilities and remove blockers to renewal
- 5Own adoption and translate customer feedback into product roadmap decisions
- 6Turn one-off builds into reusable playbooks and tooling based on real customer interactions
- 7Collaborate with field teams to bring back failure modes and requirements shaping future product and engineering initiatives
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of forward deployed experience in solutions implementation consulting
- 3Hands-on experience with LLMs including prompting agents evals and AI coding tools
- 4Executive-ready communication and low-ego collaboration with stakeholder teams
- 5Deep familiarity with GTM stack components CRMs sequencing enrichment RevOps workflows
- 6Developer-facing assets such as SDKs reference apps documentation
- 7Location San Francisco for in-person team collaboration
