Overview
You will own the market adoption strategy for Chainlink's emerging product lines in AI and privacy, working directly with the first 50+ enterprise customers to validate concepts and drive 0-to-1 adoption. You will sit between Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market, translating customer needs into product requirements and building repeatable playbooks. Reporting to Product Leadership, you will partner with research teams and solutions architects to shape products before they hit the mainstream. What You'll Do8
- 1Drive market adoption for Chainlink's privacy and AI product lines by engaging early adopters and enterprise customers.
- 2Design onboarding playbooks and support the first 50+ customers for Chainlink privacy products, creating repeatable processes.
- 3Translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements for Product and Engineering teams.
- 4Build and validate new use cases for AI Oracles and Agentic Skills that unlock future revenue opportunities.
- 5Lead cross-functional coordination with Product, Engineering, Business Development, and Solutions Architecture to launch initiatives.
- 6Create market theses on emerging technologies and identify high-conviction opportunities before they go mainstream.
- 7Serve as the technical voice of the customer, framing trade-offs between user needs, feasibility, and commercial value.
- 8Establish new Chainlink product lines that deliver sustainable customer and ecosystem growth.
Requirements10
- 15+ years in strategic technical account management, customer success, solutions architecture, product strategy, or technical business development in enterprise settings.
- 2Strong technical foundation, with experience influencing product development alongside Product and Engineering teams.
- 3Proven ability to synthesize customer requirements and translate them into product roadmaps.
- 4Experience engaging early adopters to validate product-market fit and drive adoption of new blockchain technologies.
- 5Commercial acumen supporting pre-sales activities and complex technical solutioning.
- 6Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with independent market analysis.
- 7Excellent communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- 8Hands-on technical background with ability to read code; software engineering or product management experience a plus.
- 9Deep understanding of blockchain, Web3, and DeFi ecosystems with credibility among technical customers.
- 10Experience with privacy technologies, smart contracts, or early-stage product launches strongly preferred.
