What You'll Do11
- 1Define and deliver global AI content optimization strategy for legislative content aligning with editorial product and technology priorities
- 2Lead ideation requirements gathering for AI-enabled content generation summarization enrichment and structural optimization
- 3Partner with product management engineering editorial managers and project management to create scalable roadmap deliverables
- 4Oversee design testing and global deployment of AI-driven editorial tools ensuring seamless integration with existing platforms
- 5Develop global standards for AI-generated or optimized legislative content focusing on accuracy compliance and copyright alignment
- 6Champion AI-first editorial practices reducing manual work through automation and improving decision-making
- 7Create metrics frameworks measuring AI content quality workflow performance model behavior and customer impact
- 8Use data to report insights and performance to senior leadership highlighting effectiveness risks and opportunities
- 9Monitor market trends LLM technologies and NLP capabilities translating innovation into practical editorial applications
- 10Collaborate with global editorial teams developing skills to adopt AI best practices and build digital maturity
- 11Maintain high proficiency in data analysis performance measurement and insight reporting with exceptional communication skills
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor’s degree required law degree preferred for candidates with experience in content publishing legal editorial product development or project management within legislative or regulatory domains
- 2Minimum 5 years’ experience applying AI LLMs automation or NLP within content or workflow optimization contexts
- 3Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional projects on time and within budget globally
- 4Strong analytical problem solving abilities translating complex requirements into actionable deliverables
- 5AI fluency including prompt design model-aware thinking and understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations
- 6Stakeholder management and relationship-building across global teams ability to lead through influence
