Overview
Lead and facilitate Agile Release Train events for the ERP+ Program ensuring transparency and predictability. Coach leaders and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices. Drive continuous improvement through Inspect and Adapt workshops. This role differs by focusing on large-scale ERP transformation and military compliance integration.
What You'll Do9
- 1Facilitate Agile Release Train events including PI Planning and System Demos
- 2Escalate and track program-level impediments across ERP+ development teams
- 3Coach leaders and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile mindsets aligned with DoW mission objectives
- 4Assist with feature completion tracking and transparency assurance
- 5Drive relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops
- 6Assess and enhance the agility level of the ART
- 7Manage risks and dependencies across multiple development teams
- 8Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain continuous flow of value
- 9Ensure alignment with DoW security clearance and compliance requirements
Requirements10
- 1Active and maintained SECRET federal or DoW clearance
- 2Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering IT Management Computer Science or related field
- 3Minimum ten years of experience as Release Train Engineer Scrum Master or Agile Coach in large-scale enterprise environments
- 4Active SAFe Release Train Engineer certification or equivalent advanced Agile credential
- 5Proven track record guiding ERP transformations modernizations or large system integrations
- 6Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- 7Familiarity with DoW acquisition processes and military compliance standards
- 8Hands-on technical experience with SAP Oracle or complex data migration strategies
- 9Advanced proficiency in Agile Lifecycle Management tools like Jira Jira Align Confluence
- 10Strong understanding of DoW security protocols and classified environments
