The Agile Coach will lead Agile adoption and transformation initiatives across MTA-IT. This role focuses on scaling Agile practices within large complex environments. The position drives organizational change and improves delivery outcomes.

Requirements11
- 15+ years building Agile frameworks with Scrum and Kanban
- 23-5 seasons leading enterprise-wide transformations
- 3AWS Certified preferred for cloud infrastructure exposure
- 4CPC Card certification required
- 55+ years designing and delivering corporate training programs
- 6Spark and Airflow experience mandatory
- 7Kubernetes implementation expertise necessary
- 8React development background advantageous
- 9UML modeling proficiency expected
- 10SQL query optimization skills essential
- 11Git version control best practices knowledge required
