Overview
After Hours Supervisor leads emergency housing operations in Seattle providing consultation on tenant facility and personnel issues. Ensures staff coverage manages PTO and fills vacancies while supporting Residential Counselors. Acts as on-call supervisor handling crises and referrals.
What You'll Do11
- 1Coordinate housing projects to guarantee adequate staffing levels
- 2Communicate with Project Managers to manage PTO coverage and address last minute openings
- 3Interview hire and orient new on-call staff as directed
- 4Provide telephone and in-person consultations across all housing locations
- 5Maintain web-based schedules for Housing and Entry Services Programs
- 6Perform all duties of a Residential Counselor covering multiple sites
- 7Support Residential Counselors in crisis management and daily operations
- 8Take initial calls to on-call supervisor and give feedback to staff
- 9Coordinate with staff for crisis follow-up and handle emergent staffing issues
- 10Collaborate with Scheduler and project managers to create/maintain schedules
- 11Centralize oversight of staffing levels across all programs
Requirements6
- 1BA degree in social service or behavioral science preferred
- 2Two years experience coordinating responsibilities
- 3Two years experience working with homeless mentally ill or chemically dependent adults
- 4Strong computer application skills and ability to learn open source applications
- 5Valid Washington State driver's license with clean driving record
- 6Excellent crisis management and leadership abilities
Salary Insight
$89 - $101k per year
