What You'll Do5
- 1Build and maintain quality control plans for CNC machined parts
- 2Ship and debug quality processes to resolve production issues
- 3Own root cause analysis using 5 Whys and Fishbone diagrams
- 4Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the shop floor
- 5Implement corrective actions based on DMAIC methodology
Requirements5
- 15+ years experience in aerospace manufacturing quality engineering
- 2Hands-on experience with CNC/precision machined parts
- 3Expertise with control plans and inspection criteria
- 4AS9100 certification preferred
- 5Strong knowledge of root cause analysis techniques
Salary Insight
$80 - $110k per year
