What You'll Do5

  • 1Build and maintain quality control plans for CNC machined parts
  • 2Ship and debug quality processes to resolve production issues
  • 3Own root cause analysis using 5 Whys and Fishbone diagrams
  • 4Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the shop floor
  • 5Implement corrective actions based on DMAIC methodology

Requirements5

  • 15+ years experience in aerospace manufacturing quality engineering
  • 2Hands-on experience with CNC/precision machined parts
  • 3Expertise with control plans and inspection criteria
  • 4AS9100 certification preferred
  • 5Strong knowledge of root cause analysis techniques
