Overview
NIV A Health seeks an experienced NP or PA to lead advanced wound care in a mobile home-based setting. You will own patient care across diverse settings, applying advanced therapies to drive healing at scale while mentoring teammates and shaping best practices. What You'll Do9
- 1Build and manage wound care programs across homes and facilities to drive consistent healing outcomes
- 2Mentor and train clinical teammates, elevating the standard of care and clinical knowledge
- 3Lead interdisciplinary collaboration and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
- 4Maintain meticulous EMR documentation in a mobile, dynamic environment
- 5Apply advanced therapies and clinical judgment to optimize patient healing within regulatory guidelines
