Advanced Practice Provider leading Neuro-Hospitalist and Neuro Critical Care initiatives at Endeavor Health. Full-time 40-hour week rotating weekends delivering evidence-based care across hospital and clinic settings. Collaborate with physicians to drive optimal patient outcomes.
What You'll Do6
- 1Own complex cases and direct treatment plans including prescribing pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies
- 2Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop differential diagnoses
- 3Maintain accurate medical records and write detailed progress notes
- 4Prescribe comprehensive treatment protocols while demonstrating continuous learning needs assessment
- 5Participate in developing and evaluating clinical standards and service line goals
- 6Contribute to organizational strategy and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements5
- 1License: Advanced Practice Licensure or PA in Illinois with DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance licenses
- 2Master's degree in Neurology or Critical Care with BLS/CPR certification
- 35+ years experience in Neurology and/or Critical Care specialization
- 4Prior APN/PA experience in neurocritical care settings
- 5Strong collaborative skills and ability to work autonomously within interdisciplinary teams
