- 1Lead, manage, coach, and hold the Administrative Team accountable for performance and customer service
- 2Assist with recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and development of administrative staff
- 3Conduct quarterly conversations, performance evaluations, and compensation reviews
- 4Create a culture of exceptional customer service for patients and team members
- 5Address performance issues promptly and consistently
- 6Ensure projects and administrative processes are completed accurately and on time
- 7Collect, analyze, and present operational data across departments
- 8Maintain electronic resource users, access, and subscriptions
- 9Coordinate student shadowing and clinical internship schedules
- 10Perform accounting reconciliation tasks accurately and timely
- 11Serve as backup for therapy claims audits and data reporting
- 12Provide operational backup for scheduling and front desk duties
Requirements10
- 1High School diploma required
- 2Previous healthcare administrative experience or medical office background
- 3Project management experience preferred
- 4Knowledge of insurance and medical terminology
- 5Excellent organizational and time management skills
- 6Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- 7Ability to handle difficult people and situations
