Formatting and document control support for client deliverables within BC standards. Works under close supervision to learn BC document guidelines and apply templates to letters, memos, reports, and marketing materials. Supports document-related projects and maintains accuracy, version control, and secure storage. The role emphasizes quick learning of new software and alignment with evolving programs.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and apply BC template styles to documents including letters, memos, reports, and design materials
- 2Design and verify section headers, footers, and pagination to align with templates and guidelines
- 3Lead document formatting tasks to maintain word spacing, spell check, and caption accuracy
- 4Ship consolidated PDFs by merging multiple files using Adobe or BlueBeam for distribution
- 5Own version control and secure storage to ensure access to the most current document
- 6Drive table of contents updates and ensure correct numbering of figures and tables
- 7Maintain BC Digital Signature readiness and support related software
- 8Support document-related projects and initiatives with accuracy and collaboration
- 9Review and update documents to comply with BC Style Guide Standards
- 10Verify accessibility and compatibility across document formats
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 20-2 years of related work experience
- 3Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and PDF software such as Adobe or BlueBeam
- 4Detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 5Ability to follow instructions and guidelines and work collaboratively
Salary Insight
$47 - $70k per year
