August Bioservices seeks a Document Control Specialist Quality Assurance professional to lead document control and archiving functions. This role supports quality systems by improving processes and ensuring consistent documentation practices across the organization.
What You'll Do11
- 1Implement and improve Document Control and Archiving Function of Quality Assurance
- 2Create and/or revise SOPs batch records and GMP documents in eQMS
- 3Proofread merge and format documents throughout eQMS workflow
- 4Reduce redundancy in procedures and GMP documents
- 5Initiate document reviews within eQMS
- 6Create and bind logbooks
- 7Participate in site audits and inspections
- 8Assist cross-functional teams routing documents through MasterControl
- 9Serve as backup for eQMS administrator tasks
- 10Support onboarding new employees by creating users and job codes
- 11Identify and resolve documentation problems collaborating with other departments
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences Quality or related field
- 20-3 years document management experience in pharmaceutical FDA regulated environment
- 3Strong organizational multitasking and problem-solving skills
- 4Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced setting
- 5Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- 6Independent work capability with minimal supervision
- 7Self-motivated adaptable professional focused on continuous learning
- 8Commitment to documentation best practices and GMP compliance
- 9Physical stamina for prolonged desk work
- 10Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
