Administrative Coordinator, Audit Support & Data Tracking
Overview
You will own audit schedule maintenance and data tracking for a not-for-profit in Farmingdale, NY, reporting to the operations lead. You will collaborate with a three-person admin team and support audit-related activities using Excel and Microsoft Office. You will train on audit creation and documentation through hands-on practice. This temp role runs through January and pays $23-25 per hour.

- 8Order textbooks and department materials, tracking inventory and deliveries.
- 9Provide professional phone support, responding to inquiries with courtesy and accuracy.
- 10Learn audit creation and documentation through on-the-job training, mastering new procedures by week four.
Requirements8
- 11+ years of administrative, clerical, or office support experience.
- 2Basic to intermediate Excel skills, including data entry and sorting.
- 3Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
