This full-time onsite role involves document handling trial support client greeting and office logistics. - 8Coordinate with maintenance and vendors during administrator absences
- 9Order supplies via Staples and track inventory
- 10Process invoices maintain an invoice matrix and retrieve documents
- 11Assist paralegals with medical records radiology imaging and deposition transcripts
- 12Save deposition transcripts court documents and legal media
- 13Manage large-scale mailings and distribution
- 14Prioritize tasks handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
Requirements8
- 1Minimum two years law firm experience
- 2Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word Excel and Outlook
