Addepar Onboarding Analyst - Capital Partners Family Office
Overview
We seek an Addepar Onboarding Analyst to lead client onboarding for Consolidated Reporting Services. This role drives ownership structures and coordinates with Relationship Management and external advisors. Successful candidates will create presentations and maintain metrics while solving complex issues. The position offers a hybrid model in New York City with competitive compensation.
What You'll Do11
- 1Work directly with front office teams on client onboarding
- 2Liaise with internal teams and external custodians
- 3Serve as primary point of contact for onboarding issues
- 4Understand client relationships and ownership structures
- 5Integrate systems and workflows across groups
- 6Identify trends and recommend process improvements
- 7Collaborate to resolve client issues
- 8Create and maintain internal and client-facing presentations
- 9Maintain onboarding metrics on Monday.com
- 10Provide weekly status updates to front office and Family Office teams
- 11Act as liaison between Addepar Alternative Data Management and our team
Requirements10
- 1BS/BA degree with 3+ years relevant client onboarding experience
- 2Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- 3Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 4Ability to identify and resolve problems
- 5Experience with Addepar and private investment reporting
- 6Knowledge of performance and financial reporting
- 7Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- 8Proven track record of meeting deadlines
- 9Dedicated self-starter with excellent attention to detail
- 10Flexibility to adapt to evolving requirements
