What You'll Do7

  • 1Manage day-to-day fund accounting, including billing, payments, and investment transaction records using Excel and QuickBooks.
  • 2Coordinate with the CFO and external accountants to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • 3Process vendor invoices and partner expense reports, ensuring accurate coding and timely payment in NetSuite.
  • 4Maintain shared drives for portfolio company reporting and governance, organizing files in SharePoint and Dropbox.
  • 5Support annual budgeting by gathering historical data and preparing variance analyses in Excel.
  • 6Run payroll processing through ADP and reconcile payroll records with the provider.
  • 7Provide ad hoc financial analysis to partners on portfolio company performance using Excel and Power BI.

Requirements8

  • 13-5 years of accounting experience supporting an executive team.
  • 2Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • 3Ability to prioritize and multitask in a team environment.
  • 4Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • 5Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial data.
  • 6Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
