What You'll Do5
- 1Encourage and support residents through diverse activities
- 2Assist residents individually outside scheduled programs
- 3Record attendance and participation levels
- 4Maintain a courteous and respectful demeanor toward residents families and staff
- 5Perform additional duties as required
Requirements5
- 1Prior experience in Memory Care facilities preferred
- 2Ability to operate a vehicle with a valid driver’s license
- 3Adaptability and quick thinking
- 4Knowledge of current technology
- 5DOT Certificate obtained before start date
