Accounts Receivable Specialist, Sage Intacct & Multi Entity
Overview
Own multi entity receivables processes and cash activity for a contract environment at scale. Work hands on with Sage Intacct to manage billing, reconciliations, and reporting across entities. Collaborate with finance to improve accuracy and efficiency in day-to-day receivables operations. This role stands out by emphasizing process enhancements and visibility into account activity.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and manage accounts receivable activities for multiple legal entities to ensure accurate recording
- 2Apply incoming payments, track cash activity, and maintain current customer balances
- 3Prepare and review billing transactions to support timely invoicing and proper revenue recognition
- 4Perform recurring reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve variances with attention to detail
- 5Support month-end close by reconciling receivables data and validating cash postings
- 6Monitor open balances and follow up on commercial accounts to maintain healthy receivables
- 7Use Sage Intacct to manage receivables records, generate reports, and improve visibility
- 8Recommend and implement process enhancements including efficient reconciliations and reporting processes
- 9Direct experience in accounts receivable within a multi-entity organization
- 10Hands-on proficiency with Sage Intacct and cash applications
