What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and manage accounts receivable activities for multiple legal entities to ensure accurate recording
  • 2Apply incoming payments, track cash activity, and maintain current customer balances
  • 3Prepare and review billing transactions to support timely invoicing and proper revenue recognition
  • 4Perform recurring reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve variances with attention to detail
  • 5Support month-end close by reconciling receivables data and validating cash postings
  • 6Monitor open balances and follow up on commercial accounts to maintain healthy receivables
  • 7Use Sage Intacct to manage receivables records, generate reports, and improve visibility
  • 8Recommend and implement process enhancements including efficient reconciliations and reporting processes
  • 9Direct experience in accounts receivable within a multi-entity organization
  • 10Hands-on proficiency with Sage Intacct and cash applications
