What You'll Do9
- 1Lead and guide the AP team in processing invoices and payments accurately and timely
- 2Supervise the AR team and manage incoming cash reports for effective tracking
- 3Coordinate hourly task schedules for the AP team to streamline invoice processing
- 4Generate daily weekly and monthly reports on AP and AR activities
- 5Process supplier invoices including purchase order and non-purchase order items
- 6Ensure proper approval coding and matching of AP invoices while resolving discrepancies
- 7Facilitate timely vendor payments and reconcile supplier statements
- 8Manage escalations for supplier and customer payment issues demonstrating problem solving
- 9Perform additional duties to improve finance department efficiency
Requirements8
- 17 years of relevant experience including at least 3 years in supervisory roles
- 2Associates or Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
- 3Ability to analyze detailed information and compile standard non-standard reports
- 4Strong understanding of internal control systems with recommendation capabilities
- 5Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word Excel and PowerPoint
- 6Experience with ERP Systems with Syspro preferred
- 7Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in financial tasks
- 8Demonstrated commitment to customer service and professionalism
