Overview
Suger helps revenue teams simplify cloud marketplace transactions. We need an Accounting Manager to bring structure and scalability to our accounting operations. This role shapes the finance function as the company grows rapidly across US and Canada.
What You'll Do9
- 1Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP AR reconciliations and expense management
- 2Own invoicing collections and vendor payments while maintaining cash tracking
- 3Prepare journal entries and sustain accurate financial records
- 4Support budgeting forecasting and financial reporting
- 5Coordinate payroll accounting and employee reimbursements
- 6Partner with external accountants on taxes audits and compliance filings
- 7Improve accounting workflows internal controls and operational processes
- 8Assist with procurement software tracking and operational finance projects
- 9Help build scalable finance processes as the company scales
Requirements7
- 14+ years of accounting experience in a SaaS environment
- 2Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting and month-end close
- 3Proficiency with AP/AR reconciliations accruals and financial reporting
- 4Experience with QuickBooks Online Stripe Ramp Salesforce and similar platforms
- 5US or Canadian entity experience preferred
- 6CPA designation in progress is a plus
- 7Startup or SaaS background preferred
