What You'll Do11
- 1Process scanned paper payments daily using ISETS and related tools
- 2Research and resolve unidentified payments while meeting deadlines
- 3Conduct outreach to remitters counties and internal stakeholders
- 4Manage check rejects and returns
- 5Maintain accurate knowledge of child support enforcement systems
- 6Perform outreach and manual payment processing for specific check subsets
- 7Submit adjustment requests to the AAD Unit
- 8Assist with special projects in the Financial Department
- 9Reconcile accounts and post transactions to cost summary journals
- 10Prepare financial reports and analyze procurement activity
- 11Advise supervisors on fund availability and contractual obligations
Requirements7
- 1Minimum 5+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Basic understanding of Microsoft Suite software
- 3Broad knowledge of public accounting theories and federal state laws
- 4Ability to solve standard accounting problems and modify policies
- 5Proficiency in preparing and interpreting financial statements
- 6Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- 7Degree not required
