What You'll Do10

  • 1Monitor key performance indicators to ensure program effectiveness
  • 2Develop update and monitor policies and procedures
  • 3Answer customer questions about program policies and procedures
  • 4Act as technical consultant clarifying policies and procedures
  • 5Prepare and disseminate monthly and annual program reports
  • 6Review budget allocating program assets appropriately
  • 7Monitor compliance and recommend efficiency improvements
  • 8Prepare training materials and train agency employees
  • 9Deliver communication plans and manage stakeholder communications
  • 10Serve as liaison between agencies and state/federal partners

Requirements7

  • 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 25+ years experience with AWS Certified solutions
  • 33-5 seasons managing compliance programs
  • 4Understanding of federal and state labor laws
  • 5Ability to apply general rules to specific problems
  • 6Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • 7Working knowledge of accounting and budget principles
