What You'll Do10
- 1Monitor key performance indicators to ensure program effectiveness
- 2Develop update and monitor policies and procedures
- 3Answer customer questions about program policies and procedures
- 4Act as technical consultant clarifying policies and procedures
- 5Prepare and disseminate monthly and annual program reports
- 6Review budget allocating program assets appropriately
- 7Monitor compliance and recommend efficiency improvements
- 8Prepare training materials and train agency employees
- 9Deliver communication plans and manage stakeholder communications
- 10Serve as liaison between agencies and state/federal partners
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 25+ years experience with AWS Certified solutions
- 33-5 seasons managing compliance programs
- 4Understanding of federal and state labor laws
- 5Ability to apply general rules to specific problems
- 6Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- 7Working knowledge of accounting and budget principles
