What You'll Do11
- 1Manage and supervise housekeeping laundry and floor care staff ensuring policy compliance

- 3Drive staff training quality control and in-service sessions
- 4Maintain financial records using HCSG computer software
- 5Act as liaison between occupants administrators and HCSG staff
- 6Ensure safe use of cleaning solutions and protective gear
- 7Maintain attendance punctuality and complete tasks timely
- 8Represent HCSG through courteous interactions with supervisors co-workers and residents
- 9Follow COVID-19 vaccination policies
- 10Lift carry 50 pounds push pull 50 pounds stand sit bend walk extended periods
- 11Perform routine repetitive tasks continuously
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2Two years healthcare housekeeping supervision experience preferred
- 3Positive attitude communication skills
- 4Compliance with vaccination policies
- 5Ability to lift 50 pounds
- 6Residency within service area required
