Housekeeper, Long-Term Care Facility
Overview
You will own daily cleaning and sanitation for a long-term care facility in Charlotte, NC, covering resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. What You'll Do6
- 1Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices on a daily schedule.
- 2Sanitize all surfaces and high-touch areas following infection control and universal precautions protocols.
- 3Log cleaning activities and flag any maintenance or safety issues to your supervisor.
- 4Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines for handling cleaning products.
- 5Interact with residents, staff, and guests with a positive attitude, ensuring excellent customer service.
- 6Complete all other assigned duties to support facility operations.
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
- 3Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 50 pounds.
- 4Ability to stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- 5Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
- 6Must be able to work around cleaning products safely.
- 7Clear verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to follow instructions.
- 8Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies and residency within the service area.
