What You'll Do5

  • 1Build pipeline by prospecting through outbound calls, referrals, and agency opportunities to generate new customers
  • 2Conduct needs-based conversations to identify customer needs, explain options, prepare quotes, and recommend Auto, Fire, Life, and Health solutions
  • 3Manage your sales funnel with consistent prospecting and follow-up activity to sustain a future business pipeline
  • 4Build and maintain professional customer relationships, deliver exceptional service, and identify referral and cross-sell opportunities
  • 5Develop as an insurance professional through ongoing coaching, role-play, product training, and sales development with increasing independence

Requirements6

  • 1No insurance experience or license required, licensing reimbursement available
  • 2Willing and able to obtain required insurance licensing
