Overview
IFS Industries seeks a motivated Industrial Maintenance Technician for Garland facility. Responsible for preventive maintenance troubleshooting repairs minimizing downtime supporting efficient production. What You'll Do11
- 1Perform monthly preventive maintenance tasks on production equipment
- 2Troubleshoot and repair electric and pneumatic pumps
- 3Repair and rebuild diaphragm pumps ranging from ¾" to 3" in size
- 4Replace mechanical seals in centrifugal pumps
- 5Repair and rebuild gear pumps
- 6Perform pump shaft alignment
- 7Conduct minor electrical troubleshooting and repairs
- 8Complete general facility upkeep and routine maintenance repairs
- 9Perform welding and metal fabrication MIG TIG Stick plasma cutting as needed
- 10Create update and close work orders using web-based maintenance management system
- 11Respond to maintenance issues during scheduled on-call rotations
