Youth Sports Field Manager i9 Sports - North & Central Gwinnett County
Overview
The Field Manager will own the player and coach experience at i9 Sports. This role focuses on scaling operations across multiple locations while maintaining a fun and safe environment. We seek a leader who can empower volunteer coaches and drive engagement through strong community relationships.
What You'll Do5
- 1Empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals skill development and fun
- 2Officiate games and teach core concepts including sportsmanship values
- 3Supervise sport day operations and maintain player safety standards
- 4Consistently demonstrate positive attitude and superior customer service skills
- 5Opt-in to texting for direct communication throughout the season
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading teams in fast-paced environments
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4AWS Certified cloud architecture experience required
- 5AWS Certified solutions design proficiency needed
Salary Insight
$27 - $46k per year
