What You'll Do6
- 1Develop practice plans and lead sessions with positive energy and clear direction

- 3Communicate effectively with athletes and families regarding logistics and events
- 4Collaborate with PSB management to maintain staff coverage during absences
- 5Drive player development aligned with PSB mission and values
- 6Maintain strong organizational skills and reliability in all interactions
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading competitive youth basketball teams
- 3College degree or equivalent basketball education certification
- 4Proven track record of mentoring young athletes
- 5Ability to create inclusive team environments
- 6Strong conflict resolution skills
- 7Experience with sports safety protocols and emergency procedures
- 8Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
